A home baker on a sourdough mission.
What started as one stubborn jar of starter on the kitchen counter has turned into a weekly ritual — a handful of loaves shaped on Friday morning and pulled out of the oven on Saturday.
Every loaf is hand-shaped and bulk-fermented for at least 12+ hours. No commercial yeast, no shortcuts. That's also why I can only make so many at a time — when I'm fully booked, I pause orders until I catch up.

How it works
From my counter to your kitchen, in four steps.
Pick your loaves and week
Browse this week's menu, add what you want, and choose the pickup week that works. Quantities are limited each week — first come, first served.
Pay via Venmo
After you place the order, you'll get a Venmo QR code (@Alexa-Uber). Send the full amount — I'll match it to your order by name. Orders aren't confirmed for baking until payment lands.
I email you when I start + when it's ready
You'll get an email when I start baking your loaf and another when it's cooled and ready. Both emails include the pickup address.
Pickup: Saturdays, 8am–12pm
Pickup is every Saturday, 8am–12pm EST, in Bellevue, KY. Your loaf will be labeled with your name on the patio — just swing by anytime in the pickup window. No need to ring the bell.
